Site Engineer/ Civil, M&E

Responsibilities

Check the interim payments prepared by QS and make sure all the items certified have a proper backup. Do progress evaluation on-site regularly.
Review and evaluate variation orders and claims submitted by contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure they are complied with agreements/contracts and update the status of payments.
Any other works as instructed by the Head of Cost and Contracts.
Follow and implement the ISO Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and the Environment, Health, and Safety Management System of the Company.

Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in building projects/ plant projects.
Proficiency in English.
Good working attitude, a high level of professionalism, initiative, and integrity.
Meticulous with excellent communication skills.
