Responsibility 

*Accounting works:

  • Organizethe company’s accounting system in compliance with the accounting regime issued by the ministry of finance and the company’s regulations.
  • Report on time all reports.
  • Planning, organizing, and checking the accounting entries and accounting system.
  • Training and guideline staff to complete KPI.
  • Take responsibility for the accounting data with internal company and external.
  • Effective solution for cost saving in the accounting system.


* Financial works:

  • Planning short-termer finance policy.
  • Balance cash flow to ensure good cash management for projects and the company’s operational requirements.
  • Establish capital structure and assets of business and company policy.
  • Proposing plans and advising the company‘s Board of directors on cost-effective solutions, finance, and accounting works.
  • Prepare and check cash flow reports for each project.
  • Cost of the projects.
  • Other works assigned by the CEO

 

Requirements

  • Graduated from University majoring in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience in accounting and finance fields.
  • At least 05 – 10 years of experience in the chief accounting or head of finance and accounting department.
  • Experience in construction accounting is an advantage.
  • Fluent English in 4 skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
