Responsibility
*Accounting works:

Organizethe company’s accounting system in compliance with the accounting regime issued by the ministry of finance and the company’s regulations.

Report on time all reports.

Planning, organizing, and checking the accounting entries and accounting system.

Training and guideline staff to complete KPI.
-
Take responsibility for the accounting data with internal company and external.

Effective solution for cost saving in the accounting system.
* Financial works:
-
Planning short-termer finance policy.
-
Balance cash flow to ensure good cash management for projects and the company’s operational requirements.

Establish capital structure and assets of business and company policy.
-
Proposing plans and advising the company‘s Board of directors on cost-effective solutions, finance, and accounting works.

Prepare and check cash flow reports for each project.

Cost of the projects.

Requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Finance and Accounting.
- Experience in accounting and finance fields.
- At least 05 – 10 years of experience in the chief accounting or head of finance and accounting department.
- Experience in construction accounting is an advantage.
- Fluent English in 4 skills: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Able to work under high pressure.
