Responsibilities
1. Monitoring:
- managing contracts and project estimates.
- Coordinate with related departments to negotiate, draft as well as monitor and manage construction contracts.
- Get detailed information about contract value, implementation time, and items to be completed.
- Carefully read the project estimate, stick to the cost breakdown table – accurately grasp the cost level so that when exporting materials, it must match the estimated norm.
- Check documents, and payment conditions, and make payment proposals for construction items under regulations.
2. Track expenses:
- Track material costs, labor costs, equipment operation… timely detect deviations from the norm.
- Determine the cause and other costs outside the estimated plan.
- Track the construction log to accurately determine the specific fuel consumption of construction machines and the use of construction materials.
Requirements
- Salary: Competitive
- Graduated with a major in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction accounting.
- Fluent in English.
