Responsibilities

      1. Monitoring:

  • managing contracts and project estimates.
  • Coordinate with related departments to negotiate, draft as well as monitor and manage construction contracts.
  • Get detailed information about contract value, implementation time, and items to be completed.
  • Carefully read the project estimate, stick to the cost breakdown table – accurately grasp the cost level so that when exporting materials, it must match the estimated norm.
  • Check documents, and payment conditions, and make payment proposals for construction items under regulations.

      2. Track expenses:

  • Track material costs, labor costs, equipment operation… timely detect deviations from the norm.
  • Determine the cause and other costs outside the estimated plan.
  • Track the construction log to accurately determine the specific fuel consumption of construction machines and the use of construction materials.

Requirements

  • Salary: Competitive
  • Graduated with a major in Finance and Accounting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction accounting.
  • Fluent in English.
